The Aaron's rent to own on Navarre in Oregon Ohio is dysfunctional. Going there to rent an item is worse than purchasing a new car. We were there for over 2 hours and they still delivered the wrong size bed. And when you return an item they continue to charge you for it on their so called "EZ PAY". Stay away because you will regret getting mixed up with them.
Ordered a brand new washer last Friday. They couldn't deliver it til wed. Then I hook it up and it's leaking all over my floor. Now I have to wait til next Wednesday to have someone look at it. so I'm paying for 2 weeks I can't use it and here I go with 6 kids to the Laundromat again Eta they came out wed to check it out. And they can't pick it up to be fixed til next tue Soooo 3 weeks and I haven't done one load of laundry

Arron’s is a crappy company no one knows anything. I got a washer and dryer from them 110 a month for 12 months the guy told us the 1st from was free and after paying it off 12 months we get a call saying we still owe them for another 6 more months I guess the the guy never put the discount they had going on for the washer and dryer in the system so what do you know we got over charged. Would never again rent to own from them I would have rather bought Straight out than being ripped off.
Roaches and bedbugs crawl throughout this location. I went in to apply for a lease and there were roaches on the front counter and the kiosk they told me to sit at.

The movers worked well and were very kind to our demands as we requested, the store employees are really nice and try to work with us as they understand our needs great experience so far.
Allison was great. Fastest and easiest transaction I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend this store for any Aaron’s shoppers!
They are very nice and easy to work with all u got to do is talk to them about what's going on and the will see what they can do with payments to help out to make u still keep your stuff and wanna send a special thanks out to the general manger Lauren she help me out to be able to keep my things
