Very professional. Between Raven n Bonnie they always take care of me n my family's needs. They understand the things that happen in life n will work with you as best as they can. I've bought a lot of things from them from tires,to furniture, to tools,laptops, to so much more so u can say I've been with them for years n they are the best at what they do. N as far as the delivery guys go they are very professional as well. This store has changed so much for the better n they now have a great team n I enjoy doing business with them from here on out. Raven, Bonnie and kaylee are the girls to go see. Raven always works with me to get me what I need. Couldn't find me a portable a.c but got me a window unit until I could get a portable later. They have gone an hour out of their way to get items I asked for. They have honored their products and policies and replaced things when they couldnt be fixed. A plus service.

Storm and Kyle moved my furniture from my old house to my new one. They were absolutely outstanding and super friendly, couldn’t have asked for better service! I absolutely love my couch and electronics that I have from here. I've had multiple items from this store from lawnmowers to air conditioners to furniture. They have ALWAYS been great. Sometimes (because of the way I'm paid) my payment is a little late but they have never given me any hassle about it so long as I call and tell them when I'll have it. They have always been great about answering the phone (which is rare for my area) and have always been more than happy to fix things if they break. We had a dishwater we bought a few years back and within the first couple months it started leaking really bad and wouldn't run. Turned out that the tub had retained water and then froze breaking the tub on it. It took a week or two and some back and forth with the warehouse and corporate (the store manager went to bat for me on it) but they replaced it and everything was fine. Same with an air conditioner, window unit, we got two of and for some reason one just wouldn't work very well. They switched it out while they fixed the other one and it was great. I would recommend these guys to anyone as a decent place to get stuff if you don't want hassle after hassle and you want peace of mind in your purchase. I'll use these guys for YEARS to come.
