Raven, Bonnie and kaylee are the girls to go see. Raven always works with me to get me what I need. Couldn't find me a portable a.c but got me a window unit until I could get a portable later. They have gone an hour out of their way to get items I asked for. They have honored their products and policies and replaced things when they couldnt be fixed. A plus service.

Very professional. Between Raven n Bonnie they always take care of me n my family's needs. They understand the things that happen in life n will work with you as best as they can. I've bought a lot of things from them from tires,to furniture, to tools,laptops, to so much more so u can say I've been with them for years n they are the best at what they do. N as far as the delivery guys go they are very professional as well. This store has changed so much for the better n they now have a great team n I enjoy doing business with them from here on out. Thanks you! to all the rent 2 own family from my family for all that you do..

The location as a whole were very responsive and accommodating they found solutions I loved that fit my budget. I wasn’t upsold on a bunch I didn’t need but ended up getting more then intended anyways because of the price, they got me in the next day as I needed every appliance 😂. Storm and Kyle came out took great care while unloading into my house to not damage anything and still managed to get it done really quickly. Overall great experience.

Storm and Kyle moved my furniture from my old house to my new one. They were absolutely outstanding and super friendly, couldn’t have asked for better service! I absolutely love my couch and electronics that I have from here. I’ve purchased MANY household items and other products from this store and to say that the entire team there is amazing would be an understatement! Thank you for all you do and thanks to the guys for making my move less stressful!

Everyone at the Portsmouth store are absolutely amazing. I had started out with a furniture set but fell on very hard times, very quickly. My washer died and I couldn't afford my furniture anymore. They took my furniture back and set me up with a washer AND a couch and recliner I could afford!!! Them were so kind and understanding about the situation I found myself in. Everyone was so kind to me, that I finally got to cry happy tears. I love you all and I am DEFINITELY a customer for life!!! Thank You, Rebecca Foster ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
