Rather than leaving us waiting for weeks without a laundry solution, he quickly found a replacement and honored our prior agreement. Jimmy and Trevor were fantastic during delivery as well. I am writing this review for my client Ruth O'Rourke I brought her into the Mount Vernon,Oh. store to look at a new recliner she desperately needed. Everyone was so nice & helpful!! She not only bought a recliner, she bought a couch & love seat set also. The ppl that delivered the furniture were very careful in getting it into her small apartment & did an amazing job setting it up where she wanted it. We would definitely recommend this company!! We put the blankets on the new furniture because her little dog sheds 😂
