James and Jason delivered a new washer and dryer set to my house today and they were SO helpful and polite through all of it! They replaced my hoses, stacked the set for me, checked to make sure everything worked properly before they left, and were very thorough in explaining what they were doing/asking what else they can do to help. Sweet guys in general. I always buy my things from Shae in the Mt Vernon store and she is an amazing saleswoman! She always finds exactly what I’m looking for and pairs me with deals that match my budget. I’ve bought many things from them over the years and all have been the same, good experience.
