Upon delivery of our new couch and loveseat set, it was discovered that because of the layout of our house, they would not fit into either entryways. I was extremely frustrated to say the least. The guys loaded it all back up and took it back to the store. When I called the store to see what arrangements could be made to resolve this, they were very quick to offer me a solution. We went and picked out a new set, a tad more in price, but was worth it. They were back at our house within an hour to deliver the new set. I appreciate the great customer service, friendliness, and professionalism of all involved. Extra thanks to the delivery guys for their service and extra trip made for us!

I wanted to take the time to leave a genuine review. We purchased a Samsung TV 65 Inch and a recliner. After 5 months we bought a different TV and returned the Samsung. Alan at the store gave us a price break on the remaining amount of the recliner. We just paid it off and received a certificate of ownership. They were willing to credit the $650 I had paid on the Samsun TV toward another purchase of equal value. We decided to get a gaming PC for our son. When they delivered it, it was unused but not in the box. When I called the store about this, the manager brought us a new one in the box within 3 days, and this is 2 days before Christmas. Ask for Alan. They're a sold crew up there. My experience has been positive and we wanted to say thank you.
