We had an outstanding experience with Rent to Own from start to finish! Adam figured out a solution when there was an issue with the item we originally selected. Rather than leaving us waiting for weeks without a laundry solution, he quickly found a replacement and honored our prior agreement. Jimmy and Trevor were fantastic during delivery as well. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They delivered and installed everything quickly while treating our home with care and respect. The entire process was smooth, and their positive attitudes made a great impression. A huge thank you! We highly recommend Rent to Own and appreciate the effort they put into making sure we were taken care of.

Experience was great ! They special ordered me a couch and spent time in store making sure I had exactly what I wanted! Didn’t make me feel bothered! James and Jason delivered my furniture in th pouring rain and were fantastic and so nice to us and kiddos

Jason delivered my washer and dryer and did amazing so very nice too. And Jackie,Shae & dawn are sooooo amazing and sweet. They really do care about people!!!
I am writing this review for my client Ruth O'Rourke I brought her into the Mount Vernon,Oh. store to look at a new recliner she desperately needed. Everyone was so nice & helpful!! She not only bought a recliner, she bought a couch & love seat set also. The ppl that delivered the furniture were very careful in getting it into her small apartment & did an amazing job setting it up where she wanted it. We would definitely recommend this company!! We put the blankets on the new furniture because her little dog sheds 😂
