Rent-A-Center

Ive spent 1000s of dollars threw this rent a center. They tried to screw us over with pricing so my finance called and spazzed out on them to get them to fix it because they refused to do it. Now after a few months, there not allowing me to get anything threw them. They seem really nice but thats only so they can take back your items after u payed a bunch of money. Good thing I have a feisty wife. Lol place is a joke

Service was great. Didn't know exactly what I needed but they helped me out.

I wanted to take the time to leave a genuine review. We purchased a Samsung TV 65 Inch and a recliner. After 5 months we bought a different TV and returned the Samsung. Alan at the store gave us a price break on the remaining amount of the recliner. We just paid it off and received a certificate of ownership. They were willing to credit the $650 I had paid on the Samsun TV toward another purchase of equal value. We decided to get a gaming PC for our son. When they delivered it, it was unused but not in the box. When I called the store about this, the manager brought us a new one in the box within 3 days, and this is 2 days before Christmas. Ask for Alan. They're a sold crew up there. My experience has been positive and we wanted to say thank you.

I'd give 0 star if I could. I been great customer at different location and was told I was one there best. Moved to the area and was denied. After bought many products from them. I advise to to Aaron's or showplace or one them places. They don't even try find nothing out.

The staff has no customer service at all. I owe nothing to RAC, exceed income requirements and I put in an application online and was told “it was with the home office” I called several times and was brushed of by Michele who is just rude. Period. I want to Aaron’s and was easily put through the process. Wouldn’t recommend RAC. I would rather spend more money to get food service.
