Been renting from them for a while. When on 2/3/26 one of their younger male employees calls to argue with me about my 15.00 weekly payment. You know because I’m behind on a 15.00 payment. Petty right? So while this dude is being very rude and CONDESCENDING about a payment that is not coming out of his pocket while I am trying to let him know I will make the payment in two days. He goes on to say well you should have let us know in advance. If you can’t pay something on the 15.00 today we’ll have to come and pick it up. He then says well I have a note right here saying you’ve been late 6 times. Yea I’ve been late 6 times but yet I only owe y’all 15.00. Pure HARASSMENT over 15.00 from some employee who can easily be replaced tomorrow. Yet he’s phoning me debating with me about when I can or can’t pay. What kind of customer service is this????? If this is the kind of employees y’all are training up I’d much rather go elsewhere where I can be treated with the DIGNITY and RESPECT that a paying customer deserves.

Lindsay was Amazing Great Customer Service. They were with you and get you a great deal. We recommend RentMart 1000 times. I absolutely love my ice maker. RentMart staff thanks sooo much Lindsay it's wonderful.

I've rent to own from this store quite a bit in the last 10ish yrs. My dryer died so i called them,& the new manager answered named jane. She sold me a nice barely used dryer for a great cash deal,& she went above & beyond to get it not only delivered quickly, but took my old 1 away wich they dont really normally do. Cant praise her enuff!

Arnold and Chris done a great job.. However if the PERSON who sold me the sectional would have been upfront and honest telling me their were some flaws with it and not tell me ITS BRAND NEW!!! I had to order something new, because of this person... Now make sure when you go in and that same person takes your cash payment you not only get a receipt but you have someone else verify your payment, as this person applied half of that cash to my account and now claiming I am behind a week... Tammy is a joke..
