He was very pleasant to speak with, we were able to find what we were looking for, finished my application electronically and schedule delivery, all within about 15 minutes! Mike also listened to my needs and met me where I was at. He didn't try to up the sales, he narrowed down a window to what I was able to pay, and it was exactly what I had seen online but didn't tell him that, so I knew he was being honest which was very reassuring! I can't share a picture because I won't have the appliance until tomorrow.

Placed order with Mike over the phone. No problems whatsoever. Piece of cake! On day of delivery I had to go to emergency room. Tony was very nice to reschedule for another day. Everybody very nice and very professional. So glad I got my recliner! So comfy. Would highly recommend them.

So far so good. I just made my order, well we did have a small hiccup with the order at first which was really on my end because I got a new phone number and didn't call to tell them, I emailed to tell them, which apparently isn't the best way of communication. Which I completely understand considering with my own business I do text only, no phone calls because it's easier for me. So I get it. Aaron's fixed the order within minutes, I was surprised! They were so kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was amazing, he really helped me with information and answered all my questions thoroughly. We even had a nice chat about my own business while waiting for the documents to go through online. I am quite impressed with this business. I truly hope it stays that way. As long as I do what I'm supposed to do and take care of what I'm supposed to do, I don't see a reason for any issues. So thank you Aaron's I really appreciate you!!!
