March of this year I had my washer taken for repair (very minor repair needed) left a voicemail after stating removal/installation left some what of a mess. Never got a call back. I called in 3 weeks after Spoke to a manager, sent an email with proof and never heard anything for a month (April). Called again, manager got snippy with me stating I never sent an email, then later said someone deleted my email and he will get right on it. So June of this year I send an email asking for an update and Nancy gave me a call, very nice lady, got me scheduled for my washer to be returned. finally. Stated a the manager who I spoke to didn’t do anything with my situation. Anyways. Shane and Cody did amazing installing my washer again, great costumer service- answered all my questions. Shane said he even repaired the washer himself because it was a simple fix and didn’t need to be gone for 3 months. Nancy was great assisting with this issue and getting everything scheduled. Who ever the manager that was assisting me was not great whatsoever. I’ll give credit where credits due and that manager doesn’t deserve any of this credit
Also- I scheduled for 11-1pm for washer. I asked if they could come closer to 11. Shane and Cody showed up at 10:50am. Amazing service.

I can always get the appliance I need from showplace. They are quick to get the paperwork work to me and the young men are very pleased and clean about set up and nice.
I love buying from showplace! I’ve rented and own quite a few items I’ve bought from them over the last 4-5 years . It’s so easy! Go in or look online , pick what you want & set up payments. My payments automatically come out so I don’t have to worry about it! . & to their loyal customers they will go above and beyond to work out a great deal! One time I was looking for something and they were sold out in store, they went out and bought it just so i could get what I needed. & the best part is if anything goes wrong with an item you are purchasing, they will come and fix it or replace it with another one with no extra charge! I love shopping with showplace.
