The store manager is an egotistical jerk that treats people with disdain. I left Showplace in Delaware because of Carol and she ended up at Rent a Center with about 8 months left on a rental. I may not have always paid on time, but I ALWAYS paid. I highly recommend going to Showplace if you need to rent anything before going here, if you are in the Delaware area.

They are amazing, they are kind and actually care about their customers. I really appreciate everything they do. Carol is amongst the best manger. I’ve been a loyal customer of hers for years and for good reason. She is amazing.

We have been very loyal customers for a few years now. We love going through Todd for any issues we have. He’s always nice and he gets any issues fixed as soon as he is able to! He truly makes the store just such a better place!

waited 2.5hrs for them to arrive to move their washer and dryer to get answered with "someone was already there and no one was home" even though i was there for the entire appointment window. They only sent one person to move the units and the man there to move it asked me for tools that my husband had reminded them to bring when they set up the appointment. took over 10 minutes for him to arrive (from literally 3 minutes down the road) then took the manager 10 minutes for the manager to bring tools that we were ensured would already be in the truck. they didnt even finish the installation when they finally got here but After the total of 3 hours dealing with this my husband was late for work. completely unprofessional.
