I never ever leave reviews but I’ve made over 63 payments on 3 separate items in the last 3 years, have referred several businesses as I am very involved in the community and several family members. I requested what they call a Holiday pay mid last month because I was behind… they agreed and today they show up at my house stating that they weren’t aware of that and if I didn’t make a payment in full they would take my furniture. As if I wouldn’t give them the last of what I had because of all the money I have already invested. Needless to say they lost not only me after I’m done with this account but I’m making sure that all those I have referred will be done as well. There goes your ongoing business.
Staff here is great. Had a good selection. Got what I need and worked with me!!!!
LAZY the employees just stand there with their hands in their pockets with absolutely no customer support whatsoever, save yourself aggravation and go to rent -a - center if you need anything. Rent - a - center didn’t have what we wanted and showed us what they did have and it wasn’t in store so they ordered it and set up everything not hassle and we left without any questions everything was explained and easy.
Worst company to ever!! They change the rules as they go adding False fees to your account. Then they'll blame it on the system. Horrible horrible horrible none of the furniture is even worth the price! You're better off going to a real furniture store
If the late payment policy is that you have 5 days to get a payment in why does the store associate James feel like he should call a day after a payment is due? Can he not count? I've asked the store associates twice to switch my card on file plus link my other items I rent from aarons on the same account but they have failed to do that but when they see the money wasn't drafted from the card they have on file and failed to switch and seen the payment is a day late you want to call and ask where the payment is. This is the third incident I've had with the associates. 1. Delivering furniture and not putting it together 2. Not picking up boxes from the items they did not put together 3. James arrogant attitude like someone can't pay their 97.16 payment. Great quality items just bad customer service.
