Sales staff is excellent, but delivery didn't call me ahead of time so I was missed. Next offer to deliver was 2 more weeks out. Management wasn't concerned so I cancelled my order that I had waited on for 4 months. Had the driver called as was agreed upon there would have been no issue. I must emphasize that sales staff was excellent and furniture is great. Delivery is the issue.

Purchased a dinning set a little over a month ago, at the store the customer service was great, the process of making my purchase was pretty smooth I didn’t need a line of credit to pay for my set. Delivery was done in reasonable timing. However, the quality of the furniture is no good at all. Screws continue to come out of the chairs and the assembly process was done so rushed that the holes where screws belong in are wider than the actual screws this causing them to fall out daily... my kids can’t even sit in the set to eat.. furniture store have sent out some guys to check it out and see how they can “fix “ this issue. I’ll be updating my review when it happens. As of now I like the set the quality is not good, but customer service has been ok.

When someone recommended me this place because of the quality of furniture, I thought wow they were short because they appear excellent quality but when I received my order close to $5 thousand. That is where my nightmare started, poor quality very different of what they had in their showroom. Every piece had a problem, scratches, peelings, and damages. So I was very disappointed and I call their store and send them pictures for proof of the problem with my delivery. Manager hides behind his employees, until you about to returned the products that is when he steps in, unprofessional. They exchanged some items. But right now I’m still waiting for the last item to exchange because they forget to record your problem process on their system. And again that is when their manager steps in because you wondering where is furniture piece?. I had to call instead them calling me with my product. I hope a district manager can contact me soon.

The staff here have been really friendly and I do appreciate them. However this place isn’t for people who have bad credit or trying to build up credit. I got approved for a good amount however I had to put down 50 percent. We felt like they should of told us this after the approval process (I didn’t find this out until I went back to the store when I was ready to make a purchase.) And with all the additional fees (Add on another $300) We felt like this wasn’t the place for us. I had been approved at Ashley Homestore and was able to finance my entire living room set. I also went to another well know furniture place in Wilmington and I was able to finance both of my kids bedrooms sets with only $45 down. At both of these places I went to they were able to give me discounts and not charge excess amount of fees. So, I’m just writing this review so that others can be aware that don’t have the best credit shop around before coming here. I would use this place as a last resort.

Everything was nice and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. They aren't a bombard you as soon as you walk in the door place so that was nice. We came to them as we were ready and were not watched like a circling vulture you get at other places. Kaylee was very helpful and we loved our approval amount which surprised me. I'm only giving a 4/5 star rating because the Labor Day sale wasn't what the advertising made it out to be but their regular sales were just as good.
