What customers are saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Washington.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Bunch of nice guys. Helped set me up with a good gaming laptop. Their labor day sale looks nice. I would recommend getting the Aaron's store card if you get a laptop. It covers everything if anything happens while you are renting.

I had an emergency situation come up at 2 days before Christmas. My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and i.had no money to replace it. My credit was shot and I was desperate. The store manager and credit manager made a way for me to get a fridge just in time for Christmas. Even going so.far as to offer same day delivery. It was costly but still convenient. The are indeed miracle workers. I will definitely do business again.

I'm in a last-minute moving situation, which is already stressful enough, but on top of that recently found issues with some of my furniture stored in a storage unit. Janet and Jay were beyond helpful in finding me solutions to the problem this week. They showed me my options and creatively found ways to meet my budget requirements while still getting me the things I needed. Thanks, Janet & Jay, for all of your help and kindness!
