I have done business with rent a center for a very long time. I have seen many employees and managers come and go. But the staff at this location are always friendly and nice. Sharon by far is one of the greatest managers they have there. She maintains a great crew. :)
They delivered when they said the manager really was sincere with helping me find the item I needed although it took some time but in the end she kept her word and went beyond to make sure I was satisfied I’m very much appreciated

Sharon was absolutely amazing from the very beginning—she offered thoughtful suggestions, provided clear details, and truly listened to the needs and concerns of a senior client receiving a lift-recliner. Sharon and Kiley were outstanding during the delivery. Our split-level layout made the process challenging, but they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and great communication. They asked questions, kept us informed, ensured the client tested the chair, and double-checked every detail before completing the delivery. Kiley was professional in her approach and a problem solver. When help was needed she informed the customer if the issue and reached out to Sharon for assistance where Sharon quickly responded to address and resolve the issue. The store is clearly well-run—professional, friendly, and attentive. Sharon and Kiley work seamlessly together and genuinely support one another. Watching a Manager like Sharon be hands-on, involved, and leading by example shows true leadership. She represents exactly what Rent-A-Center should strive to be everywhere.
The items were in my name. I was laid off a month into my agreement was paying as much as I could come up with til the manager Sharon sent her children workers out they jerked my locked screen door open broke the latch storm door busted my window beside my door. I reported it to her and after the damage they caused she sent them out three times a day every day to harass us causing my wife to have a mild stroke informing her of that she seemed concerned the the next day when wife was released from hospital as he sent the same to children workers out and started on us again so I man handled the items sat them in yard now they are harassing us again for items that got stolen when her children workers busted our window out. Got her on voice call recording saying give her 200 and it's ours. Been stolen why would I agree to that. Why would the owner agree to a 800 loss for 200 anyways. I believe Jonathan the one who caused the damage to our home should have to pay for the stolen items if he would have never busted up our windows I would have had the items to return with the two items I returned. The are so unprofessional here. Because of the I was getting big jbls from Aaron's they got stolen too because of them children workers she hired. If she doesn't stop I will file a law suit against y'all for the stroke they caused my wife to have and the damage caused we have all the doctors documents and our landlord estimated the damage caused by her children workers.
