Had 4 separate contracts with Bestway and paid all 4 off. My one Queen mattress lasted 6 years. My daughters bed set is not that good as there’s issues with the way bed is built and sucks without boxspring included and having to purchase our own metal frame separately to add to bed (as directed by Bestway) just has the whole bed a mess, so not happy with the changes. My washer didn’t last too many years and had to purchase a new set elsewhere! They also stop transporting active contracts when you move which is a change they made during my active contracts, so wasn’t happy about that neither! I do recommend Bestway when in a bind, if you can’t afford to pay everything up front!!! My 4 stars ⭐️ is for them reporting each contract to credit bureaus which helped rebuild my credit. Just wish they were reported accurately every month!!!

Horrible customer service. I ran through a ruff patch but I kept in communication with the manager at the time and paid everything I could. But even with all the communication they decided to come to my house knowing I had to go out of town due to a death in my family and they got in a confrontation with the person house sitting for me and proceeded to tell the house sitter all my personal business with them as that I was behind and stuff that shouldn’t have been said unless they were the account holder. It still would not leave when the house sitter told them that they’re not the homeowner they didn’t want to discuss anymore what it was to the point I almost had to call the law. And on top of all this when I started the rental agreement I promised something and got something totally different and my fridge was missing a handle and I was told they ordered it and it should be in at tops a week well 3 months later I finally got the handle. So Personal advice is that I would exhaust all other Rental companies before going with this Company.

I’ve been written from them for a while Best Way, a situation came up. I need their assistance to be able to pay a little lesser because of the situation that I was in they said sure no problem didn’t tell me that their system or they was going to continue to keep trying to pull money off my card. They or they system tried to pull money off my card 10 times in one month I would never ever I mean, never rent anything from them after I get these last couple payments done with them when they tell you to let them know they will help you. They don’t do nothing but make the situation Worse so I will never trust him. I will make sure once they get done and I get done paying for what I get half of theirs for my car to be removed because once I removed and they still taking, I’m gonna sue the hell out of them, especially if I don’t have nothing to do with them no more so I wouldn’t rent nothing from them ever And if you guys out there need help and need your payment broke down for just a second so you can figure out figure things out they are not it. Best Way, is not the people that will help you. I’m just telling you the straight facts. I haven’t been late on a payment in almost 2 years but when I ask for help you help me and then your system just keep on trying to take a payment if I would’ve had money on that card that system would’ve took over $1000 Because it’s just snatching money and snatching and snatching for no reason so no I don’t trust him no more. They might just get paid in cash for now on. I’m done with them and I wish I could give them a 0.00 and that’s messed up because we can’t give them a zero because it won’t function without one star, they deserve no stars. And don’t call me and asking me to remove this post because I’m not because I’m telling the truth you guys suck. Because y’all know I get paid month-to-month and y’all still did me like that that’s wrong. I don’t care how you put it if we get paid month to month we get paid month to month. How do you think we are going to afford anything else after that? That’s the reason why we call you for help And you don’t help us you put us in a bigger bind that we already in so no I will never and I hope you guys don’t get stuck into their trap either.
