Absolutely do not recommend this store. Melody Gill appears to let her personal issues interfere with how she treats customers, and unfortunately, that attitude seems to reflect a larger issue within the entire store. They expect customers to keep paying for a washer that hasn’t worked properly in over a month, and instead of taking accountability, they pass the blame onto Samsung. If a product you’re selling doesn’t work, that’s on you — not the manufacturer. The service techs have been completely unhelpful. On the first visit, they ran the washer without clothes, so of course they didn’t detect the problem. The second time, they didn’t allow the cycle to run long enough to see the issue. That’s not a proper diagnostic process — that’s just checking a box. To make matters worse, they refused to speak with me even after the lease owner, an elderly gentleman, gave full permission. It feels like they’re taking advantage of someone they believe won’t push back. Unprofessional behavior, poor service, and no accountability. Avoid this store at all costs.

Worst place EVER to rent from. They harass you non stop if you are even one day late. They ask you to call and let them know what is going on and then when you try, they act like bully's and get nasty on the phone. That doesn't even touch how they act when they come to your door. Now mind you I have a month to month lease, I have been late but NEVER missed a month. Horrible, nasty people 🤬

If I could give this Company zero stars that's what they would get they’re very unprofessional they tell you a payout and charge you more than what to tell you when you asked for a refund they tell you they can’t so they can stick the money in their pockets and buy lunch. Also, when you ask them to come get the stuff they only take half and then try to turn around and get you for theft after you gave them the chance to come and get the merchandise then they go to your elderly parents house and harass them and curse them out when they’re asked to leave

This past few days I kept getting phone calls from Mercedes and other representatives asking for an account holder named Ashley. Multiple calls and voicemails throughout the day. I originally thought it was spam but ended up calling the manager today to let them know they have the wrong phone number and there is no Ashley tied to this number. Either they have the wrong digits in the number or someone gave them a fake one which ended up being mine. She was extremely rude, vulgar, and makes me question if she was even a manager?!? Or lied to me on the phone. I called out of due diligence to politely them know and wow what an earful at 9:45am on a Saturday…

Our most recent purchase from this store was a refrigerator. It's very nice and we've had no issues with payments, store employees, or the appliance. My only reason for the review is to warn others of the delivery people. We have a relatively easy set up for delivery using our sliding glass doors in our kitchen. They do have a track at the bottom of them that the actual doors themselves sit in. When they brought the fridge in the door they were a little rough with it. They pushed the fridge forward over the door tracks and it would have been so much easier if they would have put the blue rug under the fridge and backed it up backwards through the door instead. Much more gentle for the appliance and easier for the individuals doing delivery. Luckily no major issues happened. Just a warning to others using their delivery service.
