Im so disappointed in these people. They continue to call me for a purchase I made for the cash price. I have asked them several times to stop. I have spoken to Bill twice. He admits I owe nothing but yet they are still calling. Its so aggravating.

So with all the money I have spent at this place they can't even look something up for me.... Called and talked to a debra/Debbie and I asked if replacement cushions can be ordered and instead of I'm not sure but let me take your number and check on that she replies to my knowledge we can't you have to buy a new couch... online says yes it can be done that's why I called... thank God the forest city location actually helps a customer

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the friendly staff. They showed me the merchandise and helped to see what I was qualified for at the kiosk. The store was very clean and organized with with high-end furniture and appliances!!! 10/10 would recommend anybody to shop here!!

I only put a star because I'm required to as manager myself I highly value customer service from the start to finish of a customer relationship. To say it is lacking here would be the understatement for the year. I tried to contact this branch over the phone an obscene amount of times for a running open business after previously being promised a call back. I attached a photo as proof. I had to leave work early to go in person just to ask a question that should have been a phone call. There I had the pleasure of interacting with Bill who is the rudest manager I've encountered in an establishment in a very a long time. The lady I spoke with was nice and was trying to help me but Bill just keep interjecting over my questions. Never once did I get an apology for the phone issues or lack of call back from him. If perfect paying customers are treated with such distain I could only imagine how he would treat a customer that is a little behind. Absolutely disgusted with his customer service. This being the first in person interaction I've had with this branch since I completed everything online left a sour taste in my mouth and made me regret opening an account here. NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and go else where there's plenty of other options available in this area with better customer service. The manager doesn't value good customers that keep his job and company going, he could definitely use some ethics training. I hope he has the life he deserves. ☺️

Please do not go here , very bad experience. Bill the Manager,was very rude, when asked simple questions. No one should be treated and talked to so poorly. He couldn't even give me basic information on my purchase. Called once was clearly not having a good day , was rude and impatient. Called a second time ,was high tempered and rude. If your going to be in the field of Customer Service. Then you should clearly be able to handle a call concerning a Order , and based on the fact I was a new Customer, my only intent was to double checking on my Order, not write this review or to cause any trouble. He couldn't basically do anything on his end to help me with my questions. Which circumstances,might of ended on happy note. If this Manager didn't have a horrible attitude. I hope it was just a bad day and everything works out for him, but I will definitely take my money and business some where else.
