Chris was the first person to help me with the furniture that I was looking for. He and David were able to answer all questions about the sets I was looking at. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly. Chris and Dominique delivered and set up the set I purchased. They were careful and thorough in explaining the process and operation of the furniture. I have been extremely pleased with the customer service I have received.

We received prompt, friendly, and excellent customer service from the first time we walked into the store , to our purchase, and the delivery of our bedroom furniture! The manager David made us feel like family, which was important because we are new to the area. Our king size bedroom set is gorgeous, great quality, and reasonably priced! We were also able to get a sweet deal on our Stan Hope mattress and box spring! What a blessing! Lastly, our delivery reps, Chris and Dominique were timely, efficient, exceptional, and professional!!! We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Babcock Home Furniture & More!
