After going to this store I really was going to get something until I was told they were scammers come to find out yes they are. After forgetting to get my ID back from them..i woke up at 10pm thinking about my ID the chick didn't call me none the day before to let me know I forgot it I just remembered it..so I called Life lock immediately and signed up..after that same day I got an alert that someone did a change of address in my name..and was trying to get some stuff in my name i have pictures to prove it. after I was approved in the store for 600.00 dollars this was very fishy so I've decided to take my buisness somewhere else these fools are scammers!!!!..i wouldn't recommend them to anyone and thank God for LIFE LOCK!!!!! My backup for scams..also they don't wear name tags should tell u alot about these people..

So my gf bought a washing machine from them around 6 months ago. The machine started leaking, called Aaron's to have a replacement sent out. The GM Skip says the machine is too heavy to move with water in it, so he decides TO FLOOD MY LAUNDRY ROOM by running the spin cycle manually. When confronted about it, he says "the room already and water damage and the machine had to be drained for them to move it". He then says "im not arguing with you, goodbye" and hangs up on me. Which i guess he doesn't realize there's a drain hose you can use to drain the machine without flooding your house. What a joke of a store and customer service

I had to give 1 star to give a review. I would not use this store at all. Bought a washer from them & was told if I paid monthly it would cover me if our washer broke. It didn't cover anything. I did call & was told by an associate I was covered! Just received an email saying they won't fix it bcuz my warranty ended in 2021. I definitely wouldn't have been paying them anything monthly if I knew it wasn't extra coverage since I paid for my washer in full. Now let's see if they give me a refund from 2021-2023!!

Started off great got helped right off the bat. But then took a turn my bf said that his ID matched the address thinking we got the new ID for new place we are at now but we didn’t. So we told the front desk lady she was like I have to double check she goes to the manager I can hear him “don’t do it don’t it don’t it”. So lady comes out apologized and I completely understand we messed up but the manger proceeded to say out of the back room “if it a new ID don’t even come back” so we won’t ever.

Great staff that is always willing to help you with understanding details about a product. Anytime I go in to the store I am always greeted with smiles and a friendly hello. They always take whatever time is needed to show you their products and walk you through how they work and payment cost. Their payment terms are very budget friendly. If you ever have a problem making a payment for whatever reason just let them know and they will work with you.
