Have a few items leased through Rent-A-Center. Ive primarily dealt with Matt and Randy, and i'd glady recommend anyone to work with either two of these gentlemen. They really are willing to work with you to make sure you're needs are met. Whether it's flexibility with a payment, an issue with a product, or even if you need help deciding what specific item will suit you best, these guys are top notch. Yes, I as well as majority of their customers understand if full extent that we are paying premium prices for the merchandise we recieve, but when you don't have the money up front for that brand new 60" television, Randy is the man to call. Also, when the year "limited warranty" runs out on that brand new tv you bought at wal-mart, what are you gonna do? At least as long as I'm still making payments on my items (and i didn't break it myself or it got "stolen" and i don't have the proper documentation to back it up) the guys over at Rent-a-Center will make sure everything is right. Im happy to call myself a customer and fully intend on being a repeat customer. If you need a nice new t.v., some living room furniture, or some appliances, I HIGHLY recommend you give them a call, ask for Matt or Randy, and make a deal you won't regret.

They have always been good to us. They are friendly and work with you. They also deliver same day most of the time. Payments are reasonable. And their new merchandise is good quality. For the most part.

I rented a laptop from this location. I had it nearly a year, and I ended up going to the hospital and was out of work for a short period of time. The manager of the store called me and talked to me like a dog. I was under so much stress, which is why I had to go to hospital, I went out of town. This guy was not happy that I could not pay him what I owed. Didn't even bother to ask me what the problem was or what was going. I told him I wasn't doing so well, and he then went on about getting his money and his property back. For one, I'm the guy with the money and if you want it, you will work with me, i don't give a rats ass if you don't like it. Two, it is not your property, It is my property under contract with the lease, other wise, it is RENT A CENTER property. I returned the laptop a few days later. This situation has reflected on my current business with them. I have had three phone calls from them since then to get me back as a customer. The 1st time, i asked nicely to not call me again that I did not want their business. The 2nd time, I got more firmer in my response simply stating that Rent a Center needs to stop acting like they are #1 because they ain't, and NOT to call me again. Now, the 3rd time, today. I believe I got the point across, I am not going to repeat myself a 4th time.
