They are rude! And will talk to you nasty and demanding. I will never use them again. They really need a class in customer service. The credit manager acts like he is the owner and doesn’t care about the customer at all. Very rude and unprofessional

The staff here is so great a friendly! When delivering my item, the gentleman who arrived was so kind and ensured everything was perfect during set up. We only needed an extra bed temporarily due to a family member becoming ill and during pick up the crew remembered and asked how they were doing. It was very sweet he remembered why we needed the rental furniture and thought to check in on them. The process from calling for the rental to pick up was easy, but working with the staff at this location was amazing. They all have such great customer service.

Not a happy camper. I was told and I signed for a brand new sectional couch. I received a used couch that smells of sweaty body odor confirming the couch was not cleaned before they brought it to me. Now I have to get it cleaned. I do not appreciate being mislead and over charged. I should get a huge discount on my balance. My payments and balance should be no where close to what my records show. I'm pretty upset. And I hope it gets straight before they my payment comes out.
