Absolute horrible customer service. I have made several large purchases in the past with this location. Bought a living room suit, lamps, a lg rug, even a riding mower. All payments were made on time and account was paid off early. This time around was definitely different. I picked out a fridge. Had to be orderd. When it came in I arranged a Saturday pick up around everyone’s schedule. Got it home and unboxed to find out it was wrong color. Called the store and was told by management they would order another but it would take a few days. I asked if we brought the wrong one back immediately would they please bring the correct one to me for all the trouble. She said “absolutely not” she said I signed to pick it up myself. I signed to pick up the correct one. She even told me when it was returned that my frustration didn’t bother her a bit because this was “not her first rodeo”. I do believe your company needs better customers service. Especially for returning, good paying customers.
Elisha Dyles was there to greet us and help us with all of the questions we had. She was very helpful and professional. We purchased one piece today but will definitely be back to purchase another very soon! Thanks Elisha!!
Excellent customer service with Miguel at Badcock Furniture! He talked me through an online purchase with complete professionalism, patience and super relatability! I definitely recommend Badcock Home Furniture to anyone looking for high quality furniture and great prices as well as terrific customer service!
I’ll start by saying the employees were wonderful. They were super friendly and they were able to get our furniture rather quickly. Unfortunately, their delivery service won’t deliver our items to our apartment on the third floor. That’s how a five star review becomes a three star review. Our other furniture from other stores were delivered with no problem, including mattresses. So, we were really surprised to hear this. Again, the staff was great, but we will have to pass on future purchases from Badcock. If this is not an issue for anyone looking for furniture, this is a great store to go to.
Henry is the greatest. Helped me greatly with finding a adorable bedroom set. Love my new bedroom suite.
