Walked in there and was greeted by a man from 20 feet away from us. Didn’t ask us any questions. Kept hovering. The store looked like a mess. One of the mattress on the floor not in a bed frame. The other lady in the green shirt was very nice I didn’t catch her name.all the furniture was left open
Dishonest. My husband found a coffee table & had me come in to look at it. The manager walked over, I asked if the table was available today. He said yes. He thought he had some in stock. He went to look, came back & stating that after looking up the details of this item, this table was discontinued & he told Me the price was now $199, and that it would be the one off the sales floor. I said great, I’ll take it. I walked back to pay & as I was waiting to to pay, he changed everything he had just stated; first that it was back to the original price $299, second that I would have to wait until Thursday. I said ‘what, why are you changing The price? And, as I said, I need it today.’ He stated that supposedly, they didn’t discontinue it, (after looking it up earlier to check their inventory & stating to me they had) that they had the same item, but had changed the sku#. He waisted my time, and refused to honor the pricing, when I offered to pay the original price that I had planned to pay anyway, he refused to allow me to take the one he had offered me from the floor. This is the store manager. He’s this willing to act this unknowledgeable, as the store manager, he’s either incompetent to preform his job duties, or he’s dishonest. Either way, they lost a sale (I was looking at purchasing a $1499. Sofa also.) and I lost a coffee table. Lose/Lose. What a terrible decision.
Excellent pricing and great quality. I had a leg that wouldn't screw in to the couch. The sales guy that sold me the couch, along with the furniture sets I bought, came to the house to fix it after his shift. Mind you, he was very personable and patient during the whole process we were shopping (duration of about 3 months). Turns out this guy was actually the owner! Rob, you are a great dude!
Really helpful staff made the process super fast and easy. Great selection that's enhanced with the addition of massive catalogs of available pieces and sets. Lots of fantastic clearance items, but sadly no desks in stock and a whopping 2 available in the catalog kept the trip from being perfect.
