Good service and furniture for rent at reasonable prices. The only negative was that their bookeeper/system tried to bill me for a month after I had “closed” my account and returned my rented bed. One phone call to them got the problem resolved.

Awful service. Have been waiting over 2 months for a replacement. Suppose to schedule a delivery three different times. Every time I call the product should be arriving the day I call. Definitely try to find something else if you have the opportunity.

I went into Aaron's today looking for replacement TV remote but the store didn't carry the TV brand I needed. Mandi C. took time to look up the brand I needed and even checked the other stores inventory. Even though I had to go elsewhere to get the remote, I enjoyed talking with Mandi. She is very knowledgeable and her kindness is outstanding. What a wonderful place to shop and when I need anything in the future, I will shop at Aaron's first. Excellent Customer Service

I have to say this is a great place especially with Jimmy and Diane in it. They help you and give a great selections and if you want something new and it's not there they will order it for you. Diane and Jimmy are straight forward, always honest and willing to help. Been renting to own with this store for over 6 years. You couldn't ask for better people to work with you. Thanks everyone for great service.

As a long standing customer Aaron's has never failed me. As long as you make all your payments on time and keep in contact with them if you're having trouble financially they'll work with you. I always enjoy having a conversation with the staff and never dread going in. (They do need a better walk way from the front door to the front desk I always call it the furniture gauntlet)
