This place is horrible. Henry is the worst person of that store, he gives the whole business a bad name. He is very rude and argumentative!!! He's only easy going when you're putting money into his hand. He has to be the rudest person I've ever had to deal with regarding business. I got a bed from there and paid on it for 2 years, my last payment is next month and the whole bed has already fallen apart. He refuses to replace it because he says it's my fault, the wood is literally comparable to cardboard it is so cheap. They have very low quality furniture and appliances. Same thing with the washer that I bought over a year ago, the month I got done paying it off it stopped working. I'm only leaving a two-star review because I heard that two stars stay longer and is more noticeable. Just save your money up and go by real furniture and appliances from a better business. Not to mention by the time you get done paying on it it's three times what it's even worth. This place is complete rip off.
The employees are very friendly
Henry is so argumentative. I told him my couch broke after two day and said it was my fault. The couch was used and dirty underneath but he called me a liar. He continued to yell at me over the phone saying he is not taking it back
I absolutely love Henry and the other employees!!! Henry treats his customers like family and takes great care of them! I highly recommend this location…
Washer and dryer malfunctioning took over 3 days to get a temporary replacement and nobody ever contacted me i had to constantly call the store renting something for a high price and also having to deal with problems the staff is very friendly when trying to sell appliances but after you wont even get an apology for the inconvenience so disappointing just will never rent again with RAC too many issues
