Great in store help and online was easy better choices and prices form myself aarons and best way were a bit higher for same unit!

This is the absolute worst place I have ever had to dealing with. I have already had to contact the regional manager twice now because they can't seem to get my payments taken out on the days I requested. Seems fishy now. Then show up at my house asking for a payment that was already paid the Thursday before and I have the bank statement. I will never rent from this.place ever again. Seems like they are pocketing money cause even the regional said I wasn't on auto payments.But someone is taking my money. I hate them!

The guys at the garrison location in Gastonia are absolutely amazing, very friendly, great customer service. All in all a ten out of ten with this location, keep up the great work …

Every time I try to do business with this company, I get conflicting stories from the online sales department and the actual store. One says the $10 promotional down payment is for the 1st week of the new lease. The store says this just holds the item and you still have to pay the full monthly rate for a down payment to get the merchandise. I feel like either I'm being totally lied to, or this company can't get their facts communicated between them.

The application process was quick and easy and I was approved for a reasonable amount. Edit: After being approved I was told that I would have to come in and sign a new agreement after I had already signed an agreement online, set up auto pay, made my first payment, and set a delivery date. This is a very shady company and I recommend you avoid business with them at all costs. They scheduled a call to issue the refund and never reached out to me. I have to file a dispute with my card to get the money back. This is a terrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
