Bestway Rent To Own

These guys are super friendly, and will work hard to find exactly what you want or need. The delivery was excellent and they made sure everything was how we wanted before they left.

They had a washer and dryer available and had and opening and got it to me within the hour. The gentlemen that delivered and installed were amazing and made sure everything was running like it should before they left the house.

We were on monthly payments. I just logged in and confirmed and our contract says monthly. Apparently someone switched us to bi-weekly payments without speaking to us and we got a nasty call about it. We paid our payment in January but at that point this shop had switched it to bi-weekly without even discussing it with us. They called making threats and being extremely rude when we’ve always made our payments on time because we are “3 days late” on a payment two weeks after we made what we thought was our monthly payment. We were going to complete the purchase of our appliances with them but are now shopping elsewhere and handing them back because we don’t mess around with businesses that do shady practices like this and then talk to us like dog crap when the mistake is on their end. They did this to collect fees! I definitely don’t put up with the macho hill billy attitude. They can come get their crap. BTW…floor torn apart when they installed the washer/dryer. That will be fun to explain to the landlord.

Poor customer service! I placed an order for 2 black couches paid online. They failed to tell me they didn’t even have the couches I paid or even call me to tell me to come in to sign paperwork. I had to reach out to them! But if you’re behind only a few days they will blow your phone up threaten to take the merchandise and beat your door down! I had to call the police because one of the Manager’s came storming up on my porch and shaking my door knob while beating on the door. I thought she was going to break in my house! The cops said I should have recorded her and he would’ve placed her under arrest! They have violated my rights on several occasions! And when call to let Management know they yell at you and hang up! Corporate will not call me back and they are aware of what happened to me. I have been late on my payments but I always communicate with them. And they still treat you like crap! Management is HORRIBLE! They take your hard earned money and still treat you any type of way! At least I try to work arrangements out with them some people don’t even do that. I hope this reaches some that cares about the customers and knows the value of the customer’s business to the company.

In a world full of get over spirits, it was refreshing to deal with the staff at Bestway. They were friendly and extremely helpful from the time I walked in until I left with my new contract in hand. Next purchase will only be with them❤️
