Great place to buy appliances and more. Krissy was very nice and knowledgeable and I got the right appliance for my needs. Jose the delivery guy was nice and showed up on time. I will be going back soon.
I recently purchased a mattress and moveable base from the Burlington store. I had been looking for a new mattress for a while and had got very frustrated with not finding anything I liked. My wife and I were visiting a restaurant in Burlington and Queen City was beside it. I reluctantly went in and was greeted by Leigh,who was very polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Leigh asked me a few questions about my sleep history and the second mattress I tried was by far the best one I had tried! Leigh answered every question and very knowledgeable about the mattress and base. The mattress was delivered a couple of days later and I am sleeping better than I have in a long time! I highly recommend Queen City for your mattress needs,appliances,or furniture and can’t speak highly enough about Leigh

Leigh was SUPER helpful, patient and friendly. She helped us pick the perfect refrigerator to meet our needs and was able to help with expedited delivery since we have had no refrigerator for almost a week. She did not pressure us in any way. This store will be my first stop for any appliance or furniture needs. Highly recommend!

Went in to purchase a fridge. Knew exactually what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Leigh hooked us right up and set delivery up for 2 days later. She was great! Very knowledgeable about her product and connects well with her customers.

Great experience with Queen City Burlington! From the initial phone inquiry with Krissie to the greeting at the store and her handling of the sales process, seamless transaction! And the installers Alex and Chad were terrific! Great communication regarding scheduling delivery and installation time and perfect placement of the new dishwasher! First time we used Queen City but definitely not the last. Highly recommend!
