I rented a living room set from this place in the beginning of October 2025 took 4 days to get delivered when the guys were moving it in they broke the frame against my door frame and scuffed the frame while the damage is minor to the home the frame at the back of the couch is split and they tried not to say anything about it ridiculously unprofessional go to a different location

I've been so impressed by the incredible customer service from everyone I came in contact with at this store. Starting with Mark, who was beyond helpful to me as I figured out what washing machine I wanted, and then with the delivery/install guys...everyone has been a joy to work with. I couldn't be more satisfied!

This has to be a rop experience for my mom and I when it comes to renting products. Joe was extremely helpful and transparent with helping us pick out a laptop. The customer service is enough to make us pop back in for more merchandise.

Company is good products are good. But I don't know where they get shipped from. They tell you 5 to 7 days and here. I'm a month in waiting on a TV . Where's it coming from China? Y'all really should not put 5 to 7 days when it's gonna be way longer than that.

Unbelievable the disrespect shown from one of the managers. I'm definitely dissatisfied with the experience I had with him today. He was very rude with his tone and demeanor. I'm actually contemplating reporting him to his boss. Everyone has a boss and his customer service makes the business look horrible. They have just lost referrals/future customers due to this. There is no way I nor anyone I associate with would ever give them business again. I wish them the best but it's a 1 star, for me.
