There was cocaroach dead in side the motherboard there was mouse droppings inside the motherboard.all the brown spots are the dropping and dead roach residue. I have not been able to use it since we got it we kept being told it's the wire in m out house when it really was the fact the motherboard is matted with this trap. Then arrows tried to tell me they took it Apart to check it before it came that they didn't send it like that which I know they are full of crap.. do your self a favor and don't buy anything from this arrons you may end up with bed bugs!FYI they are offering no compensation either or my money back for a stove I couldn't even use !

Every piece of furniture was scratched and damaged during or before delivery. Used an entire mr clean pad to get scratches and drywall marks off of table. Items were put together completely wrong and had to fix all their mistakes. Micro managing will not fix these issues. I will be calling so they can pick up all this damaged equipment. Why am I paying for damaged stuff?Why are they leasing furniture that truly has not been clean or kept secured. Left plastic wrap, tags and Styrofoam waste all over house. Delivery people put the washers and lock washers behind the bracket of the bed frame, who does that? Bed was shaking and screws fell out first night i had it!

I have a lease for a washer and dryer. Brand new for the pair was $89.00 a month. Perfect right?... Well,the dryer stopped working back in September. It was picked up and a "loaner" was dropped off in it's place. That whole experience took 4 days and 2 trucks. It's now January. I've called 4 times and keep getting the run around. I have questions.... why is my dryer still in the repair shop 4 months later? Why am I still paying the price for a new washer and dryer when I don't even have my new one that I'm paying for? Shit service. Once my account is paid, and mind you I've never missed a payment nor have I ever been late. I'll never deal with Aarons and I'll spread the word of my experience, call corporate and the better business bureau. The place is a joke.

Ordered a whole bedroom set and a tv, they messed up and never put me on the delivery schedule at first so I waited an extra week. the day they were supposed to deliver my furniture they came late, and I heard them talking about how they were gonna say they can’t move my dresser just so they didn’t have to go up the stairs. I tried calling the manager after and he said that I can either move it myself or get something else. The dresser is small and without a doubt would have made it up easily as I took measurements before buying. The movers were rude and left with all my stuff. I had to have my mother call them to arrange someone else to come and deliver it. Never again… they seem to hire lazy high school drop outs to halfass deliveries.
