👎🏾 they basically denied me after I was approved, all because i tried to add someone to my account that I didn’t know did business with them and still owed … literally have my own address with id to prove, valid thru 2027 , they run your id through a A.I system for whatever reason .. really makes no sense.. Biased is an understatement here.
I got a Gaming PC from here, while the PC itself wasn’t great it gave me something to do, and the worker there, Deron was so helpful he was very helpful for almost 2 years making sure my account stayed good and helping me catch up when my payments got behind. Overall great experience, thank you guys
I purchased this yesterday was delivered today the manager made sure I got a delivery asap also worked with me on payments and pay off price I highly recommend them the guys who delivered were very respectful and helpful I couldn’t be happier with my purchase thank you all you truly made our Christmas brighter!
So I literally called to place an order sometime last week. I get a message saying that my delivery is supposed to be on Wednesday. Wednesday comes…. I missed a call from them around noon I was in class. I callback at 2 o’clock. And spoke to somebody for two minutes and 35 seconds I even have it in my call log. I’m thinking that the delivery was already made, and I was successful. No, he’s calling me to let me know, the delivery was not successfully. The bed was broken. I immediately started recording the phone call because if I ordered the bed last week, why would you wait until delivery day to look and see if the bed was good or not or in shape to be sold off or not when the bed was already at the facility it’s not like you had to order it. mind do I have proof and recordings of all this because I don’t trust companies, especially when I’m ordering. Corporate or anyone, if you sees this I have information and I have proof of everything to back up! I missed a call around noon on Wednesday. The bed was supposed to be delivered between 1-3pm….. He said the bed was broken, And I had two options… Either get a king size bed or they would have to re-order the whole bed set. I asked because this is your fault not mine would the king size bed still be the same price as the queen size? He said no.. I said OK that’s fine. I’ll just wait to have it re-ordered then… Saturday comes I’m at work and I realize I’ve been refund… I show up Monday morning. And the manager, I spoke with claims That it’s because he didn’t hear from me… so how would I know the bed was broken, how would I know I have to pick between ordering a new set or getting a king size bed? So not only is it lack of organization in the facility, lack of customer service but lack of communication as well to the point where it is impacting customers experiences… I just feel like you guys have to do better. Because now I have to go out my way to call corporate and hope and pray that they deliver better customer service and can do the job that the facility was supposed to do correctly…..I ended up having to go to herkimer rent a center.. where then I received AMAZING SERVICE!!! From the moment I walked in.
I love my new furniture kim Andrew mike Orlando and joe are all very well respectful they treat their customers great!!! I’m a very well happy a satisfied customer!!!!!
