Place is a joke. Because I WORK and I didn't answer my phone, (mind you, they never left a message on my voicemail) when they tried calling they cancelled my lease and returned my money which was paid ahead. Wouldn't recommend going through them unless you are unemployed and living on welfare. Go through Rent a Center if you are smart

I rented a king size bedroom set I have only gotten the headboard it's been over a week and still waiting on the rest but no one at the Utica store knows anything I got a call last week that said I was 10 days late on my payment but I only had it 3 days I will be sending my headboard back since I cant get the rest of my stuff I will go somewhere else were I can get what I'm saying for

I bought a bed from here, not once was i late on my automatic payment. One week my card got lost so while I was waiting for a new one I called them and told them i would have to pay a few days late. They told me I had to drive to their location (45 min from me) to give them $7 cash instead of giving me a 3 day grace period , they fined me a $25 late fee. Talked to a corporate manager and they said that was unacceptable for a first time. Too bad, cause I was planning on refurnishing my place but I will never do business with this place again. Corporate management was very helpful however :)

I outright purchased a 25,000 btu AC then when i get home and get it installed and everything. I scanned the QR code to register the AC only to discover it was a 8,000 btu AC!! I tried to call and get the one I paid for but it was already sold and they had no more in stock. So upsetting , not to mention I purchased a used gas stove and when I called about picking it up no one could find it. Only to find out that it was also sold. So now i am out that money and NO stove!
