I’ve been going through Rent-A-Center since 2024. Up until recently, I’ve made on-time payments and have tried to communicate efficiently with the team. However, I lost my job and then had a loss in the family within the same week. Andrew told me that I could pick up my set within the next week, granted I come up with the money. I have the money and he already rented out MY SET to someone else. Then told me that I’d have to wait until IF they could find the same one. Otherwise I’d have to start all over- and I was almost done with my lease. Such an unprofessional staff with ZERO empathy.
I have been waiting for my delivery all day, I spoke with Sarah yesterday who said she would make sure I was the first delivery for today. I called close to two o’clock to see when I should expect my delivery. Then I called back around 3 because it still wasn’t here for my original delivery time. I was informed the eta was 3:30. It’s now close to 4pm with still no delivery and no one at the store answering the phone. I am without furniture because they ensured my delivery would be here today. I have plans for this afternoon and after waiting all day for the delivery I cannot wait until they close at 6pm. This is the second time now I’ve had a poor experience with rentacenter.
I love my sofa and love-seat, however, the process to get it delivered took longer than expected. You need to show your driver's license in order to complete the process of signing up for a lease.
It's good, the offers are annoying when I can't take part in them. There mostly centered around new agreements. Until I pay one off I cant take part. But that's about it for cons. Everything I want so far
I’ve been a customer of this specific store since they were on Quaker rd in Queensbury. Basically a customer of over 20 years. My most recent purchase was a smart tv. We had issues with the tv and they promised over and over to have a Samsung repair guy come to look at the issues. That never happened. After I paid off the tv I was told to never return again. I’m beyond frustrated and had nothing but great experiences in the past. This store has the worst customer service in the area. They do not follow thru on promises they only take your money and give you the middle finger. I’ll never be using this store again and would suggest anyone visiting this store to beware. The manager Tony is extremely shady and not honest. My tv is still not working properly and I was promised it would be fixed before it was paid off
