One star but really zero stars. I have never been in a store or business that was so rude and unprofessional!! I was there about noon time on Monday 3/23/2026. I don’t know their names but whoever those 2 individuals were that worked on this day were disgraceful. I would be embarrassed to have such employees represent my company or store. Did not have any interest in helping customers or even acknowledging customers. Rude rude rude. We took our business to their competitor Aaron’s. So much better then RENT A CENTER all around. (And better price and products too!)

Very poor customer service made a monthly payment then they tried 2 weeks later to get another month's payment before i even had delivery when i called they told meif i didn't like it they will refund my money bc they didn't supposedly service my area but internet sent me there still have not had delivery then tells me that they were only going to reimburse me a portion of my payment this company rips people off and who knows how many people this is a shame taking advantage of them and don't tell me to call some stupid number because you won't do anything anyways

I can not express how helpful Margo was. I was in a bind and she went out of her way to help. My daughter needed a new bedroom set and had no mattress she let us take the mattress and delieved the rest two days later. This past weekend my fridge decided it wanted to die I went in and Margo set it up and thank god the guys were nice enough to deliver the same day. I want you to know you have an amazing crew at this location I can't praise them.enough.
