I just had my king bed set delivered, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Rent-A-Center. The delivery team was on time, professional, and handled everything with care. Setup was quick and easy, and they made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before leaving. I also want to say how great they’ve been to me over the past year. Staff are very rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you do not respond to their messages or calls they will call you from a blocked number or their personal cell. EXTREMELY unprofessional, and uncalled for.
