My elderly fathe has not had a stove since his died snd he went 2 weeks ago and ordered one from these guys literally the same day. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Of course im standard fashion they tried to sell him garbage off thr floor thst he didnt want. Tried to claim the one he wanted didnt exist and now today the day before delivery they claim it was sent to Middletown. Roberto in Middletown has no idea what Danille is talking about. An eldery person can not cook or eat woth no stove and he sure af csnt afford takeout multiple times a day. This olace should be ashamed of themselves and its become common practice.

Angelo was super helpful getting us out of a tough spot with a different store and into a bed we love. John and Jim are expert craftsman and timely drivers who will get the job done efficiently and will not have you waiting around all day. 10/10 experience

Bought a brand new washer and dryer set from them less than 2 years ago, and the belt went in the dryer 3 months ago. We called, and they said they would have the 3rd party appliance repair people get ahold of us. They still haven't. We ordered a belt and installed it ourselves. Then a few weeks ago the dryer was shaking and moving around we called them back and told them that no one had co.e out to repair it still, they again said someone will get back to us and we still haven't heard from them. When we asked if they could swap out the dryer, they said, "Oh no, you only have 1 payment to go, so you don't want to start all over. I wasn't planning g on paying for another one like you should replace it free of charge if you can't have someone come out and fix it. Don't get appliances through them they don't repair them at all !!!! Oh yeah, no one has called yet.

Rented for years, always paid on time or paid off early, no problems, plan on going back soon. If something was not correct it was fixed, recommend but I also recommend you pay your bill, nothing is for free, if you don't want interest, pay it off early js.

I would not rent for then again. If you have a account in your name but have a spouse list on your account they go behind your back and talk to your spouse about your account. They don't work with you when you have a problem and because I got a phone call from corporate someone goes and calls my spouse and then my spouse calls me flipping out. Once I had over the stuff it is no longer in my care. Like to over charge you as well. Will not recommend to anyone because they are back stabing two faced people working there.
