I'm sorry to say, but this place has to be the dirtiest business.I've ever seen , I walked into this place an immediately wanted to leave. No offense to saint susan's furniture outlet, but this place here was worse than that. Their furniture was matted, torn disgustingly, gross Had stains on it, and the last time I got something from here, I got bed bugs, which was a couple years ago, so I figured, Hey, why not go there and see if things have changed. Oh, they've changed all right, which I didn't think that it could get any worse, but boy was I wrong, this place was just ewe. Somebody\nPlease help Rent A Center.Get back to what I remember it.Being.I remember rent center being the go to of the go toos for furniture. The stuff that I seen had crumbs on it, that was supposed to be new. The cushions looked worn and the stuff that was used supposed to be like new to be re-rented. You couldn't pay me to take it, come on, run a center. You guys used to be amazing.

They are nice people to do business with they worked with me every sense I rented from them I have many things from them that are in very good condition anything that is wrong with them they will help you get it repaired

My husband and i have rented for years! Until this week!…. Website says they have a king size bed frame in stock, i go to the store and NOPE its just a mistake. Over the same weekend our rental washing machine broke, i ask for a repair. Only to be told i have to have a technician come to my home to verify it’s “broke”. I am competent enough to know when something is broke, and the best part. I cant get a loaner for 3 DAYS! So we found another company that beat their price, beat there delivery. And now they wont even come get their items! Told us all day they were coming, wasted my whole day with false promises! Go to Aarons and rent everyone. Jay and his staff are fantastic to work with!

The delivery guys are nice. Mitchell is always polite. But Liz the day of your payment calls you at work 2 times a hour. Her customer service needs alot of work.
