The saleswoman was very helpful, friendly and efficient in getting my order put together. I don't think I've ever had such an easy process with a furniture rental store before.

I've been in the hospital and sick,they still want to come get my furniture that I've been paying for. I couldn't pay if I was in the hospital. They call you back to back,not knowing what is going on with a person. She acts like she was paying for it out of her pocket. Don't rent or buy from them. That won't even give you a chance. I told her I was going pay Monday and she said no. So there u have it smdh. They tell you one price but end up paying more

Lack of communication, failure to refund initial payment in a timely manner when order fulfillment wasn't completed. Contacted more than 2 months after order was declined inquiring if I still wanted the product. Was told I didn't need to have an attitude when my response was that I went with Aaron's and if my refund wasn't received by COB the next day I was calling the authorities for theft and then hung up on.

I will never again rent from this place there attitude and the way they treat customers is horrible. If your late on one payment they literally will call 6 to 10 times a day which is harassment. You tell them when your going to pay and two hours later they are back to calling you and then they say there was nothing ever put in the computer. They don't know customer service in Geneva and Aaron's does and are a lot better about things. I don't recommend this place to anyone go to Aaron's.
