We purchased a washer from them. Mike, Andrea and all the associates here are very kind and helpful. First washer they put in had a drainage party but they came right out and switched the hose. They're quick and efficient. Thanks to everyone.

Very upset, i have been a customer in the past and its aweful this time. Might want to hang the phone up before you make huffy puffin rude comments. Jesus is right i was told a week ago id have my couch. I was told from the get go end of week or early following week well its a week since then. I also do not understand why i paid so much and do not have the couch, its 27.99 wkly not 107. Im ready to just say to hell with it, ill go to Aarons and not get disrespected over the phone. So its gets delivered tomorrow and in a week i owe for the new month and im sitting on a coffee table. Terrible service.

We rented a power reclining chair for a week. The staff (specifically Michael) at the Lake Street in Elmira, NY, were wonderful to work with. The delivery guys also were great -- on time, friendly and quick. The Rent-A-Center pricing also was fantastic, especially compared to competitors. I would definitely recommend shopping with this store.

If it is possible to give negative stars I would. Mike is rude and very disrespectful. He needs to be fired and someone better needs to take over. They take your money and make promises and then don't follow threw. I would rent from anyone else before I would ever rent from them.
