he was showing up to my house WHILE OFF SHIFT IN HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE ( black gmc) asking from information I didn't have and continue to ask the same questions in different forms I go, I told you already multiple times I do not know. every time my ex asked his total he didn't have a total only week and the finally after asking for week, he told us a totally it was higher when he started. so finally, my ex told him grab his stuff he wouldn't take it back this guy is nothing but a SCAM ARTIST. I could not recommend quality rental, not unless you like being harassed 24/7

I only been renting from Quality Rental for about 3 months now. Never had a better experience, and I’ve rented and paid off furniture from other places before. I will definitely recommend this place. The manager is very understanding of your situation and will definitely work with you. I’m a very satisfied customer.

joe the owner was calling everyday at least 2-3 times a day if we were even a day behind and as soon as we payed him he was calling back the next day asking for more money. he was showing up to our house WHILE OFF SHIFT IN HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE asking for the playstation back if we couldn’t pay (mind you was 1 day late) every time we asked how much was left to be paid on the playstation, the price kept going up and up and never stayed the same. i could not recommend quality rental, not unless you like being harassed 24/7

Probably won't use, wanted to price a new xbox because we're shopping around to see if there's some way to afford one. The guy wanted to argue with my wife that rent to own places aren't predatory. Sir, she was stating a well known fact about all rental places. You all prey on poor ppl that can't afford stuff at once. It's a fact, not an opinion. We've used rent to own services before. Nobody who had any other choice would be using rac,Aaron's, or you. Nobody uses any of the places because it's such a good deal. You said like around $80 or something a month, plus tax. You said it would be about 130 a month with tax... how is there $50 of tax on $80? I hate talking to ppl, maybe they should fix their website so it actually works for ppl to see items they have and prices etc. Then they asked for my wife's name, like why? We don't know you, haven't decided to do business with you. Why do you need her name. At that point she hung up.
