Had such a great experience with the Pennsville store! Great customer service. i was confused about a couple things and they made sure to get right on the phone with me and straighten it all out, so i understood my agreement better. Delivery was super fast, and financing was so quick and easy. I just moved into a new apartment, so they're currently helping me out with getting a bed and a couch! I already got an amazing washer and dryer for such a great price too! They look to help you save money as well which i love! Thanks Pennsville store! Alicia Blaine

I started online browsing, submitted my info to see what I would be approved for. Leah reached out to me offering assistance, asking what I would like and sending pics of what they had in store. Came to the store and she showed me a few more pieces in person. I was unsure what I wanted so I said I would come back. No pressure. Once I narrowed down what I wanted, she immediately took care of helping to submit the application and order. My piece ended up being delivered even earlier. It took a week for the entire process for me. Everyone in the store, to the delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful. My dogs were being so obnoxious to the delivery team during the set up and they didn’t even bat an eye. They even offered recommendations if I wanted to add another piece in the future. I am very happy with the experience I had and would recommend them. Obviously rent to own is more expensive overall but I plan on taking advantage of the same as cash option.

I ordered a portable AC online and it did not come through the the store correctly. Leah was very nice in helping locate the new agreement and made sure she had the right model in stock with the features I required. The store manager Al came to deliver the unit himself and installed it, which was a huge help! This is my second time renting from the Pennsville RAC and I would recommend them. Thanks.
