You miss ONE payment and it’s like the end of the world for them. They’ll harass you multiple times every day

I go through them but I returned something and they took the money out of my account it's been 3 weeks and they were supposed to bring buy the cash and still nothing and when I call it's said invalid number

Somersworth, Somersworth, Somersworth, I can not stress this enough!! Go to the Somersworth location ALWAYS!! We had a bad experience with one of the other locations and not to my surprise, Somersworth stepped up and made it right. I have used the Somersworth location off and on for several years and never had any issues with service or delivery. I visited a different location closer to home thinking I would be all set, but that wasn’t the case. Lesson learned. I can’t thank Jessie & Josh enough, for everything they did to help. They were quick to resolve the issue, get us what we wanted and delivery and set up was quick and done right!

Great Guys!! Walked in last minute & they helped me out anyway then 2 other ppl walked in after me looking for a cellphone this was Xmas eve 2022. They were very helpful!! Did not make you feel rushed!! I just feel horrible in the whole entire rush of last minute holiday shopping & trying to get everything picked up! I gave them the wrong debit card!!(they are both green I'm going to have to put a sticker on 1 of tem) 🤦‍♀️ but it's fixed now! Great guys to deal with I wish I remembered their names! 😊
