I’m not sure. I have a delivery today and havent heard from the store. After all of my information was submitted I had to call the store multiple times to get service. I just wish it I miss a payment they act the same way lbvs
I have enjoyed dealing with this company very helpful and super nice. I had two guys deliver bed frame for my Sons room they had never put them together before! And they were not upset about how long it took to get it done and they did it right! Truly appreciate it! I would definitely recommend this company!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

When I first started dealing with Rent One in Hannibal MO, it was a good business relationship. Had no problems; but this last time was a total train wreck. When I started with them this time, I said I could make bi-weeklypayments. About 2 months in, I had to switch to monthly. This is where things got bad. They were calling all the time, saying they need payments. Yes, I did fall behind a few times. After that it was...you have late payments. All the time.They're argued about the payments being every 2 weeks instead of monthly. This went on for at least 6 months. It all wound up terribly, a screaming match ensued and they took all of the furniture. Even took an item that was paid for. Good luck to whoever deals with them in the future.

So far I am pleased with the quick response after applying on line. Worker was very helpful, kind and professional. I was immediately approved and my delivery date was set for only a few days away. Thank you for your very prompt response and service. It was very helpful and appreciated.
Was promised delivery on Saturday. It's now Monday and no washer! "Supervisor" called never apologized for their lack of communication. Has a thousand and one excuses and wanted to talk about payment when I haven't even received merchandise. When I said please let's not talk about payment when the washer hasn't been delivered. She copped and aditude saying she was gonna help me but now she'll wait on delivery and they will charge for next week too! I tried to cancel my contract and they keep hanging up on me. She was rude ,disrespectful and loud. Should not be in customer service. I called customer service and have to wait for a phone call back. Received phone call later in the day . Regional manager apologized and was quite professional. Said he wanted to make things right. Said he'd have washer delivered when it was convenient. Boyfriend said delivery personnel was quick and professional. Delivery was on time .
