Nice but it would be a lot better if they had a separate line for people buying tickets and people buying snacks. It was a bit ridiculous to wait in line for 15+ minutes waiting on people buying a bunch of food when I already purchased my tickets online and was not buying any snacks. Their line quickly runs out of the lobby and goes outdoors because it's 1 giant combined line. Common sense says a ticket line will move faster than a snack line, so they should be separated. And even better a 3rd option for people who paid online would have been a bonus. 1st time I've been to a theater where food and tickets weren't seperate at least. Also when purchasing tickets online they charge an extra "booking fee" to guarantee yourself a seat. I would think purchasing ahead should be rewarded, not repremanded. I went ahead and purchased only because it was my son's birthday, but I won't be back. Seats were nice once I finally made it in. But Joplin has that now as well 😏

A solid theater that doesn’t deserve half the nitpicky reviews you see here. I’ve been to quite a few theaters, both chains and local ones, and I can honestly say the B&B in Neosho holds up really well. The seats are clean and comfortable, the sound system is sharp, and the staff are courteous and do their jobs. It’s a smaller theater, sure, but it’s run well and provides a perfectly enjoyable experience for the price. I’ve even seen people book tickets for the wrong B&B location and still get a refund here, which says a lot about how understanding the staff are. They’re friendly, respectful, and do their best to help everyone who comes in. A lot of the lower reviews I’ve seen seem to come from people nickeling and diming as if their life depended on it. If you’re that upset over a popcorn refill or a minor issue, maybe you shouldn’t be spending the money to go to the theater in the first place. The employees here don’t deserve to be blamed for people’s unrealistic expectations. If you go in with a normal mindset to enjoy a movie, relax, and have a good time, you’ll walk out satisfied. The environment is clean, the screens are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. It’s nice having a place like this in Neosho that still delivers a genuine movie night experience without the chaos or prices of a big city chain. In short: the staff care, the place is solid, and most of the complaints you see here say more about the reviewers than they do about the theater.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at B&B Theatres in Neosho, MO. A group of us, including friends who drove all the way from Grove, Oklahoma, purchased advance tickets to the new Taylor Swift screening. After arriving and getting settled, we were informed that the movie couldn’t be shown because it didn’t download. While technical issues happen, the way management handled the situation was completely unacceptable. When we specifically asked for the manager, Gage, he refused to come out and speak with us. Instead, he left the front-line employees, who were polite but put in an unfair position, to deal with frustrated customers. Not only did he avoid accountability, but the only solution offered was a refund. No ticket comps, no apology, no effort to make things right for the inconvenience of time, gas money, and the excitement we’d all built for this event. This type of dismissive, avoidant behavior is not what you expect from someone in a management position. A manager should step up, address customers directly, and take responsibility when things go wrong. Gage’s refusal to do so shows incompetence and a lack of basic customer service skills. We won’t be returning to this theater, and I hope corporate takes note that Neosho deserves better leadership than this. Especially considering it was impossible to get a human on the telephone line from the corporate office.

Visiting from out of town and it’s definitely a smaller, possibly older, theater. The screen was small, but the reclining seats were comfy and the theater had a very welcoming environment. You wouldn’t expect six screens inside the building from the way it looked on the outside. Every single person was so nice and kind, saying hello as soon as we walked in and doing whatever they could to help us order food and drinks, etc. We loved seeing the preview video showing how the theater is active in the community and helps allow everyone enjoy their movie experience; that was heartwarming and sweet.

Great theater, awesome chairs, decent prices and friendly staff. The only problem we had was the people next to us decided to lay sideways in their reclining seats I had a woman's rear end facing me, near my head, almost the entire time. Not the theater's fault, but something that should be addressed in the future about actually sitting in the seats.
