Ronnie was fantastic!😊 He was knowledgeable, kind and found exactly what we needed at an even better price than we planned to pay. He was working alone and was still able to take care of us while handling the rest of the store. He deserves a raise!!!! We will be back and telling everyone to go to rent a center for great products and great service. Thanks again Ronnie 👏👏

I have used Rent-A-Center in Joplin, Missouri at the West seventh location now for approximately I would say 15 years The store manager used to be Sean Harless, and he would go out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed quality as well as customer service. The current store manager at this location is right up there with the comparison to Sean. Very nice gentleman made sure came out to Our house and completed a task no hassle stayed there till he was done. Did a great job. Thank you guys for being so courteous and customer service is number one.
