Corey was great. He has great customer service skills. And he is fast and very polite. The staff at Aaron’s was polite and very patient with me. I would recommend them to anybody thanks Aaron’s for a great experience

I called on this morning 01/30/2023 to make a payment at 10:52 am and yes I was a lil irritated because I was in the middle of handling other business. What I didn't like about whomever the young man was is the fact that instead of taking the payment he questioning me and I'm telling him I'm trying to make a payment and I also asked if there was anyone else there to take the payment. The young man tells me no if you're gonna beat them up over the phone and this is a friendly store, so I then said to him I didn't care about that because it was definitely irrelevant because all I was doing is trying to make a payment, the young man response to me was I know you don't care I'm just letting you know this is a friendly store. So you all need to let him know if/when he hears in a person voice that they're upset it's not his place to go back and forward with them his job is to just take the payment. To be honest I do not like the store and I've heard so many others from Vicksburg say they don't like the store because of the customer service. I know you all schooled them on professionalism but he definitely didn't use it this morning.

I visited the Vicksburg Store , as I entered I spoke to the salesperson and got no response. The sales person walked outside without acknowledging I was there and did not return. After looking around for awhile, I left the store. He was just standing outside with his arms folded. I spent my money in another store.

I had been a customer with them for years. Never have problem with until now. First was the rudeness, then have the audacity to tell me what format of payment I will be using. So I left to go to another Aaron’s store at a different location. I didn’t have problem until I did the paper and the manager at other location told me I have do my business at the Vicksburg location. I will never do business at this location nor at any Aaron’s location.
