HIGHLY do not recommend unless you like having a headache!!!!! Horrible customer service and the only time they even seem like they want to help you is when they have a promotion going on! I have to call every month for something that was supposed to had been handled the previous month. NEVER been late on my payments by the way!

This review isn’t about the store themselves, but the Aaron’s Protection plus feature. I had my month old mower stolen. I filed the police report, turned it in, took pictures of where it was stolen from and sent it all in to customer support. Almost 2 months later, the protection plus folks haven’t done a thing. To make it worse, I can’t cancel the product. I’m stuck paying for a mower I don’t have. My advice would be to file anything like that on your home insurance or renters insurance. The support team for the protection plus do not get in a hurry

I had such a great experience here thanks to Doc. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly and really took the time to understand what I needed. He didn’t just try to sell me something — He helped me find the perfect fit and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how patient and honest he was, answering all my questions without any pressure. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine care these days, and Doc definitely made my visit a positive one. I’ll be recommending Aaron’s because of their awesome service!

Worst service ever. The most unprofessional unorganized furniture store I have ever been in, from the staff and employees all sitting around on the furniture in the showroom on their phones and their children running around everywhere like it was a daycare center. They got my order all wrong took 2 months to correct. Once I finally received my bed, it was wrong it did not fit my adjustable bed like I was promised and I bought many other pieces from here. Upon delivery all of my furniture was dented and scratched badly when they were moving it in. Maybe part of the reason they're going out of business!! Beware if you're thinking you're getting a deal do yourself a favor go somewhere else!

If your driver leaves my driveway again like he did with my kids in the yard. I will press charges on him . I really thank your company is shisty. U will get Your payment for used washer and dryer even though it was supposed to be new . And I can back what I'm saying I. The Court room. If u keep it up

The absolute worst service. I came here to look for a bedroom suit and mattress. We arrived at 5:55 on a Tuesday. The posted online hours as well as the posted hours on the store were open until 7. The open sign was also lit. As we opened the door we were greeted by a woman sitting on a sofa yelling “We Closed!” at us. This was followed by a man who looked like he most certainly did not work at the store unplugging the sign right in front of us. I would have understood if I was greeted politely with some sort of explanation but this service is absolutely unacceptable. I will never enter this store again or recommend it to anyone I know.

They scratched both my love seat and sofa on delivery. Promised to come back and apply a special glue on them to prevent the scratches from growing but they never did. I called them twice. They kept saying they would come (giving me specific days) but they never showed up. So, basically, they look nice and professional but only until they get their money. Good luck getting a hold of them afterwards!

Robert did an amazing job on getting me started again on a great game console!! Very simple and easy! That's what I call great customer service.thank you guys my son will have an amazing birthday because of you guys!! I will always be a loyal customer.

Our sales representative Andrew was extremely helpful and considerate. He was mindful of our budget, and showed us several different options to cater to our needs. We are grateful for our experience and we look forward to resting soundly on our new, cozy bed.
