They have horrible customer service never answers their phone or they can never tell u wen ur stuff will be delivered

This review isn’t about the store themselves, but the Aaron’s Protection plus feature. I had my month old mower stolen. I filed the police report, turned it in, took pictures of where it was stolen from and sent it all in to customer support. Almost 2 months later, the protection plus folks haven’t done a thing. To make it worse, I can’t cancel the product. I’m stuck paying for a mower I don’t have. My advice would be to file anything like that on your home insurance or renters insurance. The support team for the protection plus do not get in a hurry

I had such a great experience here thanks to Doc. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly and really took the time to understand what I needed. He didn’t just try to sell me something — He helped me find the perfect fit and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What I appreciated most was how patient and honest he was, answering all my questions without any pressure. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine care these days, and Doc definitely made my visit a positive one. I’ll be recommending Aaron’s because of their awesome service!

If your driver leaves my driveway again like he did with my kids in the yard. I will press charges on him . I really thank your company is shisty. U will get Your payment for used washer and dryer even though it was supposed to be new . And I can back what I'm saying I. The Court room. If u keep it up
