All the furniture in the store had stains on it and was worn out most definitely used . I could not believe e they had that stained up furniture in their showroom . I have never seen such they should be embarrassed. I even said something to the lady about all the couches having syai s on them and she just said this all we have i said no thank you, no one wants a To pay over a 100 a week for old stained up furniture . I di not recomme this one store off of State st & Meadowbrook rd

I was supposed to have and bedroom set delivered on 11/25/2024 on the day of delivery I was rold they called but I didn’t get a call but I saw the text to call, when calling I was told that they no longer had the bedroom set I would have to pick something else out and it wouldn’t come until after Thanksgiving when I needed it before Thanksgiving an I was told I would be given a credit to my account since I didn’t get the bedroom set I wanted or delivered date. Why on 1130/2024 I received a text saying that my payment wasn’t received, here the kicker why would I pay for something I don’t have. I made the initial payment but they told me I had to make the payment or they can’t insure my bedroom set will be delivered on Monday 12/02/2024 Can you please make it make sense why would I pay for something I don’t have in my home. That’s the new set I haven’t received but they want a payment. Unhappy

I usually don’t rate stores but it needs to be put out there. I have been a customer since May of this year 2020. I had to give a 1 star in order to write an review. My experience has been awful. Annie is unprofessional an needs to go elsewhere. They harass you from calling your phone everyday.. from which I had to block them from. Come to your home every week beating on your door. I had someone to come out last Saturday there he wants to hug on me an say inappropriate things. No I don’t know what type of business your running but it’s bad. I wish I wouldn’t have dealt from RAC at all. Don’t rent from them.
